The ceiling height on each floor is 2.7 meters, even higher on the entrance floor, and all technical installations are hidden in the ceilings to maximize floor space flexibility around office furniture and supplies.
Virtually any combination of individual office solutions and open plan solutions can be met. An open floor plan office, for example, allows for a space efficiency ratio from a traditional 20 square meters down to a more streamlined 10 square meters per employee.
