Package examples
Example 1:
Part of each floor can be rented separately. This is an example of approximately 445 sq.m of a full floor (of approximately 1 206 in Building 2). It holds between 25 to 40 workstations depending on the layout. The efficiency per person for all examples on this page ranges from 12 to 17,5 sq.m/workplace.
Example 2:
Each floor in Building 1 is larger than Building 2. This example is about 970 sq.m of approximately 1 416 sq.m in total. It holds 55 to 80 workplaces depending on the layout.
Example 3:
A common configuration is to open up several floors in the same building for vertical flexibility. Two full floors and a Penthouse combine efficient work areas and a meeting/conference floor on top with double roof-terraces. This example holds 190 to 275 workplaces depending on the layout.
Example 4:
Solna One provides maximum flexibility both vertically and horizontally. This example shows how floors can be combined upwards and sideways to hold 285 to 415 workplaces depending on the layout. The bottom of each atrium courtyard in Building 1 and 2 can function as a lounge for the entire staff.
